About check-in

Q.What time can I check in?

A.Check-in is possible from 3pm.

Q.What time is check-out?

A.Check-out is at 10am

Q.Can I leave my luggage at the facility before check-in?

A.You can leave it in your room after 12:00 on the day of check-in.

Q.I would like to know how to check in.

A.There is a key box containing the key at the entrance of the facility.
The day before your check-in,
we will send you the password for the key box by Email address you registered on the reservation site,
so please cansel it yourself and enter the room.

Q.I would like to know how to check out.

A.There is no plobrem, just return the key to the key box at the entrance of the facility when checking out.

Q.Can I check in early?

A.Check-in is from 3pm,
but you can leave your luggage from 12pm.

Q.Can I have a late check-out?

A.Late check-out is generally not available. However, it may be possible depending on room availability,
 so please inquire through the booking site.

Q.Can I leave my luggage after checking out?

A.We are sorry, but you cannot leave your luggage with us.

A.All rooms are non-smoking.

Q.Is there drinking water and hot water available in the guest rooms?

A.We have 500ml of water for each guest in the refrigerator.

Q.Can I use the internet?

A.Free Wi-Fi is available within the facility.
Wired LAN is not suppoted.

Q.Is there laundry available?

A.Yes, we have.
It can wash up to 12kg and dry up to 7kg.

Q.Are there any amenities that I can take hone?

A.You are welcome to take home your plush, Slippers, razor,
body sponge, cotton set, shower cap, brush, and bath salts.

Q.Can I stay with my pet?

A.I’m sorry. This facility does not allow guests to bring pets.

Q.What video distribution services are available on TV?

A.You can watch Netflix and Amazon Prime Video for free.

Q.Is there an air purifier?

A.There are no air purifiers installed at this facility.
